It’s important that you find a therapist who you feel comfortable talking with. I aim to provide a comfortable and non-judgemental place for you to reflect and create change at your own pace in a process guided by evidence-based psychological practice.

I have experience working with adults, children and families.

Adults

I have worked in mental health services for 15 years, 8 of those years as a Clinical Psychologist. During that time I have gained experience in private practice delivering individual therapy. I have also worked in the inpatient Mood Disorders Unit of a major private hospital with adults and adolescents with anxiety, depression and bipolar disorders as well as outpatient services in the areas of mood and anxiety disorders, substance dependence and eating disorders.

Children and families

I have worked with children and families in private practice as well as a paediatric medical practice. I also have experience delivering parent management training in dedicated child behaviour research and clinical centres.

Academic

I have taught undergraduate and postgraduate psychology at Swinburne University.
